About the Event
The Bay Health Festivals have one very simple aim: to create and for people to have conversations – easy or difficult – with family, friends, neighbours, and with ourselves. We want these conversations to help us make simple changes that will have a big effect: We feel this is more important than ever given the current pandemic and questions it raises around resilience.spacesopportunitiesrediscovering the art of living well.
Entertainment:
Across the weekend we have lots of entertainment including Samba Espirito, Lancaster BIDs Summer Sundays, a Jujitsu demonstration and many more!
Food and Drink:
On the Saturday and Sunday in Dalton Sqaure we have various food trucks coming to The Bay Health Festvials including Wrap Ninja's, Super8 Pizza, The Smoothie Bike, Big Bears BBQ, Lancaster and Morecambe collage cafe pop up, more to be announced.
Health and Well-Being:
